Wellness Coaching provides one-on-one coaching for individuals who want to make lasting behavioral changes to improve their health and well-being. During the coaching process, coaches engage individuals as they develop a vision for their health, discover their strengths, clarify their values, identify priorities, meet their challenges and design positive actions.
